Amy Carmichael
Amy Carmichael was a Christian humanitarian who lived in India for 55 years. She founded the Dohnavur Fellowship, a mission for rescuing and caring for children who had been abandoned or abused. Carmichael was known for her selfless love and dedication to the children she rescued, and her ministry had a significant impact on the lives of many. Despite facing numerous challenges and obstacles, she remained committed to her mission until she died in 1951.
